Important information:
1. the film must be kept wet. If the system cutoff element must be filled with pure water or through liquid, otherwise, irreversible damage will be caused.
2. no scale inhibitor of any type is suitable for the electrophoresis ultrafiltration system.
3. any silicone containing alkali material (waterproofing spray, lubricating oil or grease, etc.) and phosphating slag are not allowed to be used in the ultrafiltration system.The quality will cause a complete or irreversible membrane blockage.
4. the coating entering the ultrafiltration membrane system must be 25-50 μ The fine filtration with m-pore size and good filtration will effectively reduce the risk of fouling and plugging of membrane group.
5. the preventive measures must be able to avoid back pressure or vacuum state when parking. A state of excess back pressure or vacuum formationThe film will be delamination off.
6. under the condition of "low flow" (bypass valve is open or circulating pump is stopped), it is very easy to cause paint coating to deposit on the membrane surface. This situation should be avoided.
7. regularly test and adjust the parameters of each component of the tank liquid, relatively high auxiliary content, lower pH value and conductivity of the water drop in the tank of the workpiece, which can effectively prevent the membrane fouling and prolong the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane.
8. before adding paint to ultrafiltration system, at least, the paint shall be fully recycled and matured to make the paint mixed evenly, otherwise the film will not be qualified.
